TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing a commission order, or receiving any kind of art from me you are abiding to my terms of service and conditions. Please note: following policy refers to digital art and illustrations; click here to read my adoptable/reference sheet/custom design TOS. COPYRIGHT, PERMISSIONS, ART USE

- Full credits must be given when using, sharing or posting my art anywhere, whether you’re a customer or not. Link back to my dA (or any other my social) and putting my name in caption is fine (example: “art by ulfeid3.deviantart.com” or “made by @Ulfeid3”)
- Commercial use of my art is FORBIDDEN unless otherwise agreed. Contact me to discuss about.
- Removing signature from my art is forbidden. Any watermark on final artwork will be small and non-invasive. Customer will always be the legit owner of both original character (and design, if due), with partial rights on the artwork. However, as artist I claim full rights on any artwork or commission made by me.
- I reserve the right to publish any commissioned artwork on my social media (in their original as edited form) and to sell physical copies in form of prints, items or merchandise.
- Customer is allowed to use any ordered commission/s for personal use only or as gift; resizing or cropping a little the pic is okay, as long full credits are given and my signature remains unaltered.
- Customer is always allowed to sell their character with my art (for the same price paid when ordered, or less) as long it’s for extra/additional value; do not sell any of my artworks individually.
- Saving commission file/s is at customer's discretion! I do regular clean-ups so I won't be responsible of any data loss.

REFUNDS, CANCELATION

- Full refunds will be provided before the commission is started or if I can't proceed with your order.
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time, without an expressed reason.
- No refunds after customer receives the files and/or commission has been completed.

PAYMENTS, PLANS, PRICING

- €/EURO payments via PayPal are highly preferred. Regular customers can use Ko-Fi or Revolut bank transfers, but please ask upon ordering.
- I can now accept payments in £/GBP and $/USD equivalent*. Currency fees are on customer’s.
- Any payment must be completed within 7 days after receiving an invoice, otherwise will be canceled; if you can't do so please just notice me ahead, so I can figure out a proper arrangment.
- Payment plans and splits allowed, byt only for orders starting at € 100 or up to go.
- Pricing are subject to changes without prior notice; orders taken before updates will not be affected.

TIMING AND ORDER DETAILS

- Upon ordering, it is understood that nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped. Customer will receive only a digital, non-tangible files via deviantArt notes, direct link/s or email.
- All commissions are usually completed on a "first come first serve basis", in order of payments received, unless agreed a deadline; however, note that queue fluctuation may occur at any time.
- Turnaround is usually very reasonable, but may vary a lot depending on current schedule e personal life. In a worst case scenario orders may take up to 30 days to be completed. Anyway I use to keep in touch about commissions with updates about progress, so whenever occurring issues or huge delays customer will be promptly informed.
REVISIONS, ADJUSTMENTS

- Customer may request minor adjustments and small fixes free of charge while I'm still working on their order; customer will always get a couple (or more, if asked for) work in progress pictures; whenever should there be something wrong or that you don't like, please don't be afraid to tell!
- Please note: major edits may incur in additional fees. What entails a ‘minor’ and ‘major’ revision will be determined by me (example of major fix: pose change; example of minor fix: eye color change)
- Please keep in mind that revisions and tweaks are not endless. A large amount of minor edits may incur in additional fees as well, due to the total amount of time spent and requested effort to apply all said edits.
* PLEASE NOTE: standard price to refer on is in €/EURO currency, I don’t charge extra fees! For example: a commission of the value of € 50 would cost $ 53 or £ 44, always according to current currency change. You can check it in real time here.
